Sierra Prieta extra virgin olive oils are the result of many years of experience and passion in the world of olive cultivation. We have a long tradition of producing extra virgin olive oil, which is harvested in November and December, when the olives reach their optimal level of ripeness. Consequently, this oil is made from riper olives, resulting in a lighter yet equally excellent fruitiness.
Sierra Prieta Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the “Arbequina” olive variety, which from the very first sip hints at its complexity. On the nose, one perceives an intensity of nuances reminiscent of the fruit, the Arbequina olive. It is characterized by the presence of green notes, such as stem, grass, and tomato, all due to the balance between its ripeness and an early harvest that guarantees the highest possible polyphenol content.

El Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra de la variedad de aceituna "Arbequina" Sierra Prieta, tiene notas de plátano y manzana se combinan con el resto de atributos que recuerdan la frescura de la aceituna cuando estaba aún en el campo.
En boca, tanto amargo como picante se perciben de forma agradable, y se armonizan con el atributo almendra, volviendo aparecer la frescura de los matices verdes ya percibidos en la nariz.
